Shipping policy
Our standard UK delivery service aims to deliver your parcel within 5 working days of your order.
Once your Omii Hair parcel is dispatched, you will receive either an email or an SMS with a tracking number. Please keep this information handy, as it will allow you to track your parcel through to delivery.
We use various couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), and others, to deliver our parcels across the UK and Europe.
You will receive delivery updates via SMS or email, keeping you informed of your delivery status. The courier will attempt delivery twice, usually on consecutive days. After each attempt, a calling card will be left with contact details for the local courier, allowing you to arrange redelivery of your parcel. If you are not home, the courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbor to obtain a signature. If this is not possible, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location at your property, defined as "out of sight and under cover." Please note that this option is not available for parcels requiring a signature. If delivery remains unsuccessful after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to the depot.
Once your package is confirmed as delivered, we are no longer responsible for any undelivered or missing packages. We advise you to contact the delivery company immediately and file a complaint for your missing or undelivered parcel. Afterward, please contact us with the details provided by the courier company.
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, please be aware that due to factors beyond our couriers control, we/they cannot guarantee on-time delivery. To ensure you receive shipping updates, we recommend providing your email and phone number when prompted.
Due to the impact of Brexit, all courier networks are experiencing delays in deliveries to Europe. The UK left the EU at the beginning of 2020, followed by a transition period that lasted until 31st December 2020. From 1st January 2021, the terms of trade changed, impacting delivery times.

All UK orders have at least 3 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
